We had a great time! I would suggest better communication when possible. Even if you don’t know the answer say something. Thank you for your patience I’m waiting to hear what’s going on for example.
I’m not sure of your intended audience but you might share that information and the types of activities to expect. Someone mentioned they thought it was a singles group. For example
We had a ball and can’t wait to get lost again!

This was my 2nd time traveling with the GFX crew and I have to say, both times were such a pleasant experience. The organizers are such wonderful, down-to-earth people and the crew of people traveling with the group were just as great. I am looking forward to more trips with the GFX crew.
