gfX is headed to the lovely island of Grenada for  our yearly summer  most celebrated event!  Discover amazing beaches, majestic waterfalls and  the world’s first underwater sculpture park!.
We are going to show you how to Xperience vacationing at its finest. Join us on a fun filled weekend away at a beautiful All-inclusive resort located on the "Spice isle", as we introduce you to the gfX life!

Come surround yourself with like minded people from all over that share one thing in common "Carpe Diem"! Come and join us for GOOD TIMES, GOOD MUSIC, and GOOD PEOPLE.
There's virtually no limit. From our curated daily themed events , with the hottest Djs and a luxury styled Grand Finale party, we invite you to come and discover the gfXperience!

We have Luxury standard rooms, with Ocean Front and Ocean View options. Wake up each morning to sweeping views of the sparkling ocean or lush resort gardens from the comforts of our plush, signature DreamBed™ mattress. Get refreshed in the spa-like rain shower and take your coffee out onto the furnished balcony or terrace for an invigorating start to your day at our all-inclusive Grenada retreat.

Also you can choose an upgraded Diamond Club room with Butler Service and other included amenities. Located in the preferred Diamond Club™ section, this modern and spacious suite puts you steps from the beach or offers direct access to an exclusive pool. With space for all of your loved ones, you can cozy up on the double sofa bed and one king or two queen beds, complete with DreamBed™ mattresses. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your terrace and swim out to a semi-private pool.

We're offering an additional 4 Day/3 Night package as well. For those that can't get away as long as you'd like we understand and are happy to see you on Friday!

We have created two options for payments:

Option One - Pay in Full

Option Two - Installment Plan - All installment plans are due May 15th 2023,. There will be three automatic withdrawals after the initial deposit, Feb. 15th 2023, April. 15th 2023 and final payment May 15th 2023, for all remaining balances. We suggest making monthly payments so you don't get behind, at least 50% of the total should be paid by April 15th 2023. You can always come into the portal and make payments at any time before the April 29th due date, if you have paid the amount before the automatic payment is due it will be counted and the auto-payment will be avoided for that due date. 

50% of the booking should be paid by April. 15th 2023. Example if it's a triple room 50% of each roommate should have completed 50% of their per person total. 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, deposits will be put towards your final balance.  There is a processing fee, this is a one time fee and does not go to gfX. This fee is based on the cumulative total you're paying during your transaction. All payments are due May 15th 2023, unpaid balances will be automatically be charged to the card on file as per the "terms and agreements".

If you're selecting extra nights please select the correct room category and the number of nights. Once you have the number of nights, please make sure you select the correct dates in the Participant Info form. Please keep in mind that all add-on's are due at the time of selection. If you're not ready to pay in full for your extra nights please return and update your registration at a later time when you can complete the payment. 

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, it does count towards your total package price if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE TRIP. 50% refund if you cancel within 90 days of the trip. The deposit is Non-Refundable.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for refunds. 

gfX highly recommends securing your trip with travel insurance. Travel is unpredictable, even at the best of times. Travel insurance helps to protect you against the unexpected. If your trip is canceled unexpectedly or ends early, would you be able to easily accept the financial loss? Or, if someone in your party required evacuation due to a medical issue, could you cover that expense? Travel insurance can help with these concerns and many more. Insure my Trip, is completely  independent of gfXcursions, this is simply a recommendation for your protection.
